There are a lot of Fundamental Rights provided to the citizens of our country. Our constitution consists of a variety of rights which are protecting the rights of all the sections of our society and it ensures that no one should face discrimination inside the territory of our country. But when we look on to the practical applicability of these rights we often find that they are meant just for the satisfaction or the people because if we try to look upon the actual implementation of the working of these rights, they are missing in our daily life schedule. There are articles related to such happenings.Article 15- Prohibition of discrimination on grounds of religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth. It prohibits discrimination on the grounds of religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth. However, the state can make any special provision for women and children and also for the advancement of any socially and educationally backward classes of citizens or for SCs/STs. This article protects all citizens from all forms of discrimination. I had read many incidents related to discrimination based on caste and religion, many people in our country are still having hatred against each other in terms of religion and caste. Even I had observed a lot of people who don’t give respect to people of other religion and try to be superior in society. Many people try to spread hatred through fraudulent messages and videos, the worst part of such acts is how people can believe upon such frauds in today’s time. All the people are expected to act in a sensible and matured manner to get rid of such fraudulent and discriminatory acts going on in our society. Society and the people residing in it play a crucial role in the development of people and their lives. These acts couldn’t do anything until we all will act sensibly. We have to understand that caste, colour, religion, sex or place of birth cannot define a person’s reality. No religion or caste are meant to be hated because these are just like tags on a cloth, which has to do nothing with life and respect for the sake of humanity and mankind. We all are children of one God (Almighty) and he’s known by different names as per different religions but it doesn’t mean that we will start categorizing people as per the religion. Religion is not meant for dividing people, all are united not divided. A term cannot say whether a person is cruel, bad, ill or foolish but his acts, personality, way of life defines a person to be classified as bad or good. When a person is not discriminated in any religious script or in the eyes of God then who are we to classify people based on their religion, caste, creed or colour. Equality itself says that all the citizens of the country are meant to be treated equally, should be respected equally without being discriminated. Educated people are expected to act sensibly in terms of respecting all the people of the country, we were taught in our school days that our constitution consists of fundamental rights to the citizens protecting the dignity but are we practically applying these lectures being taught by our mentors in our day to day lives? The answer is NO, we must feel guilty that we are not able to play a crucial role in the progress of the country and it’s people because if we can’t respect people of our country then we can’t expect it’s development.Often people say that uneducated are unaware about anything so they are not playing a big part in country’s progress but before questioning them educated once must have a look on to their thoughts, views and opinions upon such issues. Acquiring education from a big institution doesn’t mean that a person becomes a good, intelligent, responsible citizen of a country but he has to respect every person without even thinking of religion or caste. The mindset, thoughts, personality, opinions, sensibility and maturity of a person are parameters to define a person but in our society people are judged upon their colour, caste, creed, religion or sex which is the biggest crime in my views. Each and every person deserves respect as a part of a society, no one could have to be disregarded. There are a very few people whose views, opinions and sensibility could be observed in their personality and the way they think defines that they are meant to be termed as EDUCATED and responsible people of the country. The mentality of a person plays a crucial role in one’s life because it describes our personality and speaks of what we are in an actual sense. It’s very much essential to know that we all are one, we all have some qualities and flaws at the same time as no one is born perfect but we could become perfect with our deeds, acts, thoughts as they are the weapons for a dignified life. What you give is what you receive, learn to respect people, stop judging others rather try to focus on yourself and be the change you want to see in future. Respect is not a word it’s a feeling coming from inside, hated is also a feeling, our feelings come from our thoughts. So, maintain equality in your thoughts and will start treating people equally. It’s the time to join hands together forgetting about everything, helping each other without observing the religion or any other thing, our country’s progress lies in the hands of we people so, it totally depends on us that what we want.JAI HIND JAI BHARATHUM SAB EK HI HAIISHWAR ALLAH AUR BHAGAWAN NE BANAYA EK INSAANUNITED WE STAND DIVIDED WE FALL
